More specifically, these managers have structured numerous joint ventures in the banking and homebuilding sectors, and have successfully raised, managed, and returned (with profit) more than $500M in capital invested by High Net Worth, Private Equity and Banks in their projects over the last 10 years.
2) Urban Trends has the in-house expertise to develop land and plan communities for optimal usage of land space, proper implementation of horizontal infrastructure, and timely construction and sale of homes.
3) Urban Trends will drive pre-sales ahead of construction commencement (i.e. minimize speculative inventory), thereby more effectively matching cost to revenues, and consequently maximizing return on capital.
4) Urban Trends has the in-house financial expertise to create optimal capital structures for our projects, which includes a proper blend of debt, equity, and customer deposits, structured to minimize risk to all our investors and maximize their returns.
