Homeowner Education

As a pre-requisite to acquiring an Urban Trends home, potential homeowners will be required to take a free training class (hosted by Urban Trends) on homeownership and the benefits of home maintenance as a value enhancer. As the ongoing Property Manager, Urban Trends will establish a homeowners association in each estate and assist these associations in establishing and implementing covenants that will encourage the upkeep of the estates.

We will also collaborate with several of our bank partners to provide tutorials on available financing. As part of our formal marketing materials, we will provide potential homebuyers with access to multiple lenders and their availble mortgage and lease purchase products.
