George Ojanuga

Mr. George Abayomi Ojanuga, Chief Executive Officer – Urban Trends Capital Inc. is a financier/banker by training with 17 years of experience in the U.S. finance and real estate market.  George has structured more than 25+ residential developments in the Southeastern Region of the U.S., and has managed more $2 billion in corporate, commercial and residential loan portfolios.  Consequently, George is well versed in the financial and project management of real estate developments. George shares Chris’ vision to provide better living conditions and opportunity to the less privileged in Africa.  George was Managing Director and Founder of SwiftEagle Capital, LLC, an Atlanta, GA based firm established to provide capital to middle market regional real estate developers; and prior to this, George served as Chief Financial Officer of PEC Development, a U.S. regional master planned land developer; Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of McCar Homes, one of the largest privately held U.S. regional homebuilder; and a Director in the Structured Real Estate Division of Fleet Bank, a $200B U.S. National Bank.  George attended Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, where he received a BSC in Biology in 1987; and attended the University of Maine-Orono, where he received an MBA in 1991.  George was born in Detroit, MI. and is an active member of First Baptist Church Atlanta,  where he serves as a pre-school Sunday School teacher.  George is married to Olukemi and has five children.
